Hand rolled and carefully decorated parian porcelain eggs suspended from 14ct gold filled hook ear wires. The linnet eggs are pale turquoise with reddish brown speckles and flecks.
They have the same base colour as the magpie eggs.

‘Gold filled’ means a solid layer of 14ct gold permanently bonded to a base metal. It's a more economical alternative to solid gold, but is very hard wearing and under normal wear will not peel or flake, unlike gold plate.

The earrings come presented in a sustainably produced kraft jewellery box, complete with a label specifying the name of the bird.
